Deb was a Light Rail Operator and assumed she’d be working until she was 80. Until an injury sidelined her. 5 surgeries on her shoulder and collarbone later, she’s on SSDI. She had side hustles doing errands for the elderly to cover her grocery bill until COVID-19 hit and she couldn’t visit her clients to pick up their clothing that needed servicing. Even though she is super stressed, she knows God has a plan for her. IFCS is a blessing and she never thought she’d be needing its services, especially since she to donate food and clothing here! She feels truly blessed and has a positive attitude towards the future. This was her first visit to IFCS and she left in tears of joy.
